Custom Orders, Returns & Refunds – Yamira
Custom or Limited Products
We do not currently offer personalized or made-to-order products. All items listed on our store are pre-made and sourced through verified suppliers.
If we introduce custom items in the future, please note:

Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Any handcrafted variations (if applicable) may include minor imperfections due to manual processes.
Product Quality & Warranty
At Yamira, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable products. Each item is sourced from trusted suppliers and carefully checked before shipping.
If a product is defective or malfunctions under normal use within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@yamira.shop.
We’ll replace, repair, or refund it—depending on the issue.
You are responsible for the return shipping; we will cover shipping back to you.
This does not apply to lost items or damage caused by misuse.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us immediately at support@yamira.shop with clear photos and details.
We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as processing begins immediately.
If you encounter a problem, contact us—we’ll try to assist however we can.
Adding Items to an Existing Order
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify it.
To purchase additional items, please create a new order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund.
To qualify:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Include your order number and reason for return when you contact us.
To initiate a return, email us at support@yamira.shop.
We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will confirm whether your refund is approved.

If approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.
